 >The Feng Lab focuses on the development of synapses and circuitry and thei
 r disruption in brain disorders. Using molecular genetics combined with beh
 avioral and electrophysiological methods\, the lab seeks to understand how 
 disruptions in these components can contribute to psychiatric disorders. Th
 e lab hopes that understanding the molecular\, cellular\, and circuitry und
 erpinnings of behaviors and psychiatric disorders will eventually lead to t
 he development of novel\, effective treatments.</p>
