Postdoctoral Fellow (Padoa-Schioppa Lab)

Decision Neuroscience

A post-doctoral position is available in the laboratory of Camillo Padoa-Schioppa at Washington University in St Louis. Research in our lab investigates the neuronal mechanisms of economic decisions in non-human primates and mice. We combine complex behavioral tasks, state-of-the-art neurophysiological techniques and computational approaches. In recent years, we made substantial progress understanding the neuronal representation of goods and values in multiple brain regions.

New hires joining our lab will take this research to the next level. For further information, visit https://sites.wustl.edu/padoaschioppalab/ and/or send us an email. Prior training in neuroscience (broadly defined) and basic computational skills are required. Candidates with prior experience with animal training, neurophysiology or computer programming are especially encouraged to apply.

Washington University and the Department of Neuroscience are home to a large and collaborative scientific community. They provide an ideal environment to train, conduct research, and launch a career in science. The salary will be set according to NIH guidelines. Please send your application, including CV and contact information for 2 references to camillo@wustl.edu.
